Overview

Brightspeed is searching for a Technical Trainer to join our team! The Technical Trainer - Operations Control Centers (OCC) is responsible for improving the performance and productivity of Brightspeed’s OCC teams through effective training programs and learning solutions.

In Short

  • Design and deliver technical and process training for OCC teams.
  • Build and maintain digital learning content for evolving systems.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions in live virtual and in-person formats.
  • Assess learning effectiveness through surveys and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with business partners to identify skill gaps.
  • Maintain accurate learning records within the Brightspeed LMS.
  • Reinforce company policies and best practices through instruction.
  • Act as a learning consultant to OCC leadership.
  • Ensure training materials reflect current systems and policies.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering technical or process training for large-scale operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years in instructional design and virtual facilitation.
  • Ability to build engaging learning materials using digital tools.
  • Experience measuring learning effectiveness.
  • Skilled in using web conferencing and LMS tools.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support.
