Overview

We are seeking a Technical Operations Engineer to ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of complex data pipelines and infrastructure in a mission-driven environment focused on Life Sciences and Healthcare.

In Short

Ownership of operational reliability for AI-driven data platforms.
Monitor and optimize ETL/ELT workflows for data quality.
Develop Python scripts for automation of deployments and workflows.
Collaborate with teams to resolve operational issues.
Create and maintain operational documentation.
Work in an Agile environment with engineers and product managers.
4+ years experience in Technical Operations or DevOps.
Strong cloud experience with AWS or GCP.
Experience in regulated industries like healthcare.
100% remote work with flexible hours.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or related field.
Expert Python skills for automation.
Strong SQL proficiency with BigQuery or Snowflake.
Deep knowledge of ETL/ELT best practices.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in EST timezone.
Experience managing enterprise-grade data services.
Collaborative and proactive mindset.
Experience in compliance and data governance.
Strong RCA skills for complex systems issues.
