Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join an innovative telecommunications client focused on transforming and maintaining features related to prepaid (pay-as-you-go) customers.

In Short

• Oversee end-to-end project workflows for data connector implementations.
• Act as Scrum Master for Agile teams focused on connector development.
• Collaborate with implementation managers and technical teams.
• Track and report project progress, risks, and blockers.
• Define and monitor project success metrics and KPIs.
• Coordinate escalations and risk management across teams.
• Improve project management methodologies and Agile practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management in technology or software environments.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams in technical projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of AWS or Apache tools.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
