Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Commercial & New Business team and play a key role in generating new business opportunities focused on the US market.

In Short

  • Execute B2B cold outbound prospecting, mainly through email, targeting the US market.
  • Design, launch, and optimize outbound email campaigns for technology services.
  • Identify, qualify, and consistently follow up with leads.
  • Generate weekly commercial meetings with potential clients.
  • Use prospecting and automation tools (e.g. Apollo) to scale outreach efforts.
  • Keep the commercial pipeline up to date and report on results, metrics, and progress.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to refine messaging, value propositions, and outreach strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B outbound prospecting for the US market, preferably selling technology or software services.
  • Previous experience working as a BDR or in a similar outbound sales role.
  • Hands-on experience with prospecting and automation tools, especially Apollo.
  • English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken.
  • Strong commercial communication and copywriting skills.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
  • Charismatic profile with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven mindset.
  • High resilience and tolerance to rejection.
  • Team-oriented with a continuous improvement attitude.
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn and iterate.
