Marketing Analytics Manager, Forecasting & Reporting - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Manager, Forecasting & Reporting to join our growing team! In this role, you will lead the development and refinement of predictive models to analyze subscriber behavior, market trends, and retention strategies.

In Short

• Develop and refine models to forecast subscriber behavior, including acquisition, churn, and overall market trends
• Conduct scenario analysis to predict the impact of different marketing strategies and external factors on subscriber growth and retention
• Continuously refine forecasting models to improve accuracy and relevance
• Ensure data quality by working closely with data management teams
• Provide actionable market and customer insights
• Manage tracking, reporting, and analysis of marketing activities
• Design and support custom reporting and analysis dashboards
• Analyze external and internal customer data using various tools
• Create presentations to provide market and consumer insights
• Advise other marketing functions as the knowledge owner for customer and market data

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience analyzing and forecasting subscription services
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate forecasts
• Strong business acumen with the ability to find insights in data
• Experience communicating findings to executive audiences
• 5+ years’ experience with analytical tools such as Excel, BigQuery, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL
