Overview

The Manager of Enterprise Customer Experience (CX) Reporting & Analytics will play a critical role in helping CVS Health to achieve its goal of becoming the most consumer-centric health company by delivering enhanced value and improved health outcomes for consumers.

In Short

  • Manage CX reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
  • Forecast and manage ECX management incentive targets.
  • Deliver actionable insights to key stakeholders.
  • Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Guide and develop junior analysts.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
  • Utilize SQL and BI tools for data analysis.
  • Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Identify process enhancements for greater efficiency.
  • Contribute to a customer-centric culture.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of reporting experience.
  • 4+ years of SQL experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience in solving complex business problems with data.
  • 3+ years of project management experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing junior analysts.
  • Experience working with large cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred experience in Healthcare or Retail Industries.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree required.
