Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Analytics & Reporting Analyst to develop and maintain robust data reporting solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Looker and SQL to create interactive dashboards, analyze marketing data, and provide actionable insights to support business growth.

  • Develop and maintain detailed reports and interactive dashboards using Looker and SQL.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across various data sources.
  • Document reporting processes and establish best practices for data visualization.
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Create ad hoc queries and custom reports to address specific marketing questions.
  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to marketing leadership.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align reporting with business objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize spend and efficiency.
  • Assist leadership in identifying trends that drive business impact.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Looker and SQL for data extraction, visualization, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, attribution models, and customer behavior analytics.
  • Experience working with large datasets and ensuring data accuracy across multiple sources.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
