Dispatch Specialist I - Remote

Overview

Brightspeed is looking for a Dispatch Specialist I to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the workflow for technicians, evaluating and reassigning work as needed.

In Short

• Monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians.
• Evaluate and reassign work to available technicians.
• Communicate with technicians to resolve availability imbalances.
• Read and analyze service orders and repair tickets.
• Ensure service orders are processed accurately.
• Contact customers to schedule or confirm appointments.
• Resolve appointment-related issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High School, GED, or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Windows.
