Overview

Brightspeed is looking for a Dispatch Specialist I to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the workflow for technicians, evaluating and reassigning work as needed, and providing updates on the progress of work.

In Short

  • Utilizing systems to monitor workflow and load work to qualified technicians
  • Evaluating and reassigning work to available technicians
  • Monitoring and regulating work volumes
  • Communicating with technicians and other departmental employees
  • Reading and analyzing exception service orders and repair tickets
  • Ensuring accurate processing of service orders and repair tickets
  • Utilizing job skills and company policies to complete tasks

Requirements

  • High School, GED or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills
  • Strong customer service background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Windows
  • Understanding of team collaboration and alignment
