Overview

Parsel is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations and Dispatch Specialist to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing shipping operations, from securing carrier quotes to providing real-time dispatch support.

• Request, compare, and manage shipping quotes.
• Schedule and reschedule pick-up services with carriers.
• Provide real-time dispatch assistance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in shipping or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with invoice auditing.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to align with US West Coast business hours.
