Disputes Operations Specialist - Remote

Overview

This role involves supporting the day-to-day operations of the Disputes Team within Payment Operations at Brex, focusing on transaction fraud and chargebacks while collaborating with various internal teams.

In Short

• Be an SME and main point of contact for complex cases.

• May travel for team offsite and BPO visits.
• Support day-to-day queues and work closely with BPO team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1-2 years experience in Disputes.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and independent work skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Willingness to work in the office 2 days a week.
• May travel 1-2 times per year.
