The Director of Technical Program Management at Brightspeed will define and drive complex technical initiatives, ensuring successful program delivery while collaborating with various departments to enhance customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a Senior Software Engineer or related role.
  • Experience in providing broadband services.
  • Knowledge of EMS and NMS networks integration.
  • Proficiency in Java, SOAP, REST, and Informatica Cloud.
  • Experience with JBoss, EAP, and Weblogic.
  • Strong program management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze program performance data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation.
