Overview

As a GTM Enablement Manager at Braze, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of new hires in the go-to-market teams by facilitating onboarding workshops and managing the onboarding program.

In Short

• Schedule and lead live onboarding workshops for new hires.
• Administer and grade assignments and certification assessments.
• Manage logistics for onboarding programs across different time zones.
• Maintain and update training materials for accuracy and relevance.
• Track onboarding KPIs to measure program effectiveness.
• Engage with new hires to monitor their progress.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure alignment of onboarding content.
• Participate in broader team initiatives for training events.
• Redesign or create new onboarding content as needed.
• Provide feedback on onboarding program performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales/ GTM Enablement or related fields.
• Expertise in sales processes and tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional relationship management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present findings.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Confidence in presenting to large groups.
• Flexibility to adapt to new demands.
• Business fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Light travel may be required.
