In Short

  • Identify and research high-potential e-commerce and retail prospects
  • Craft thoughtful, targeted outbound messages via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Conduct discovery calls to qualify leads and understand customer needs
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified opportunities
  • Test messaging and outreach strategies to continuously improve our outbound performance
  • Track engagement and results in our CRM and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in a Sales Development or Business Development role at a high-growth B2B tech company or a recent graduate wanting to break into tech sales
  • Curious, self-driven individual who loves learning about new businesses and technologies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Energetic and comfortable in high-output environments
  • Track record of achievement in work, academics, side projects, or competitive sports
