As an Associate, HR Technology & Analytics, you'll help shape the employee experience through data, systems, and process enhancements that support our growing global workforce.

In Short

  • Support the Senior Manager of HR Technology & Analytics.
  • Maintain data accuracy across HR systems.
  • Build and enhance dashboards for reporting.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Maintain process documentation and knowledge base content.
  • Partner with the Business Insights & Analytics team.
  • Stay current on HR technology trends and tools.
  • Provide end-user support for HR tech questions.
  • Manage Flexible Work Arrangement requests.
  • Contribute to a strong self-service culture for employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR support or HRIS role.
  • Exposure to HRIS platforms, UKG strongly preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and interest in data quality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies.
