As an Accounting Supervisor at BPM, you will manage teams, oversee complex accounting tasks, and assist with client onboarding while making a significant impact through leadership and mentorship.

Requirements

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management.
• Active CPA license or equivalent educational credentials.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting.
• Experience with various ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to teach and mentor others.
