Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in loyalty consulting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with financial modeling and stakeholder alignment.
• Knowledge of loyalty/marketing technology providers.
• Data-driven marketing experience across digital platforms.
• Proficient in customer research and journey mapping.
• Track record of winning new loyalty business.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
