Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience.
  • Success partnering with senior leaders in tech environments.
  • Strong knowledge of talent development and org design.
  • Experience building talent programs from the ground up.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Data-fluency for guiding business decisions.
  • Highly collaborative and communicative.
  • Passion for leadership development in remote settings.
