Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will drive new Residential HVAC Sales through the Plumbing and HVAC wholesale distribution channel, managing relationships and developing business partners for the Bosch portfolio.

In Short

  • Drive new Residential HVAC Sales through the distribution channel.
  • Manage manufacturer’s rep agencies and develop new business partners.
  • Conduct sales calls on distributor branches and with distributor salesmen.
  • Develop a sales plan and market development strategy.
  • Provide sales, training, and operational support for wholesale accounts.
  • Increase product knowledge among contractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Plan and participate in trade shows and marketing initiatives.
  • Travel required up to 80% of the time.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years experience selling technology-based products.
  • Strong industry knowledge and experience calling on contractors.
  • Proven track record of generating and closing sales leads.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a growing account base.
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, ACT, and Excel.
