Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Customer Success Manager who is driven to build and maintain a customer-obsessed Cloud Solution Partner (CSP) program.

In Short

  • Conduct customer business reviews focused on cloud utilization.
  • Collaborate with peers to steer CSP operations.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and vendors.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Maintain documentation of processes for cloud resource utilization.
  • Define, measure and monitor KPIs and SLAs for customer satisfaction.
  • Own the post-sales relationship.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years as a Customer Success Manager or similar role.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure & AWS cloud platforms.
  • Willingness to obtain FinOps Practitioner Certification.
  • BS Degree in Business or Technology related field.
  • Experience optimizing workflows and implementing process improvements.
  • Technical and business problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring and coaching.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands.
  • Experience working with clients on business solutions.
  • Prior experience with public cloud billing models preferred.
