In Short

  • Develop and implement internal communications and employee engagement strategies.
  • Work with marketing, HR, and other departments to enhance engagement initiatives.
  • Design communication strategies to keep employees informed.
  • Create feedback mechanisms for employee insights.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership on engagement initiatives.
  • Build a culture of recognition for achievements.
  • Utilize engagement metrics for data-driven recommendations.
  • Generate reports on engagement trends for leadership.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Internal Communications experience.
  • Experience in project management with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of employee engagement and communication strategies.
  • HR experience in employee engagement/experience.
  • Track record of successful engagement initiatives.
