Overview

The Manager of Employee Engagement & Internal Communications will play a critical role in fostering a culture of engagement, connection, and inclusion at Alma. Reporting to the Senior Director of Employee Engagement, Equity, and Inclusion, this role will lead efforts to enhance the employee experience through strategic engagement initiatives and compelling internal communications.

In Short

  • Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement.
  • Support Alma’s DEI and Social Impact programs.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and focus groups.
  • Lead internal communication efforts to keep employees informed.
  • Craft compelling messaging for company-wide communications.
  • Develop innovative internal communication channels.
  • Support external social impact initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for employee volunteerism and philanthropy.
  • Support DEI-focused engagement strategies.
  • Foster a culture of connection and belonging.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in employee engagement or internal communications.
  • Strong communication skills tailored to different audiences.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Data-driven approach to enhance employee experiences.
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive workplace.
