Overview

Engine is a hyper growth company seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Internal Communications Manager. This person will be responsible for internal communications across verbal, written, and visual touchpoints, collaborating with senior leaders to enhance the employee experience and drive clarity as the company scales rapidly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in internal communications.
• Experience in a mid-sized B2B software company.
• Proven track record in managing employee communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong slide creation and animation skills; video skills a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
