Internal Communications Manager - Remote

Overview

This role is responsible for Careem’s internal communications strategy, including leadership and change management communication, channel oversight, measurement and evaluation, and oversight of key strategic and cultural internal campaigns.

In Short

• Develop and deliver an internal communications strategy in support of Careem’s corporate strategy.
• Provide guidance and support to key leaders on internal communication best practices.
• Advise on and manage internal communications for company milestones and changes.
• Determine optimal internal communication channels to support strategic objectives.
• Drive creation of engaging internal communications initiatives and campaigns.
• Stay aware of internal communications best practices to enhance impact.
• Partner with the people team on key initiatives for impactful campaigns.
• Minimum of 8 years in internal communications, preferably in a tech company.
• Exceptional English communication and copywriting skills; Arabic is a bonus.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and fluency in business metrics.
