Internal Communications Manager - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager to support our UK & Ireland business division. Our UK & Ireland team comprises 3,500+ employees who are specialists in handling and defending insurance claims on behalf of insurance clients. The growing team of professionals span claims handlers, loss adjusters, lawyers, investigators, fraud experts and additional specialised roles who are supporting policyholders on behalf of insurance clients throughout the claims process. Careful consideration and planning will be required to deliver internal communications messages and content to this diverse range of employees who operate from a mix of offices, homes and in the field throughout the UK, Ireland and Italy. As our business grows, we adapt and change the way we operate, and our internal communications team play a vital role in ensuring our employees stay informed and up to date with our organisation’s evolution.

In Short

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with the UK & Ireland leadership team.
• Advise on strategic internal communications approach.
• Write & develop engaging communications with clear call to actions.
• Work closely with change management team for effective communication.
• Create and manage a proactive internal communications programme.
• Ensure representation on the Group Intranet site.
• Organise and execute annual leadership engagement programmes.
• Identify effective ways to cascade messaging through various channels.
• Collaborate with corporate communications team.
• Deliver monthly reports to the leadership team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an Internal Communications role is a must.
• Ability to manage stakeholders of all levels.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritise.
• Strong communication and writing skills.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using intranet or online communications tools.
