  • Prepare reports on customer marketing initiatives for senior management.
  • Work with product, sales, and support teams for unified customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop marketing materials.
  • Share insights for product and service improvements.
  • Enhance customer experience across touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in executing multi-channel campaigns within the tech industry.
  • Ownership of product adoption initiatives.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and campaign optimization.
