Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in service management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational activities.
  • Experience in KPI management.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Ability to lift and manage physical demands.
  • Administrative skills for PO management and billing.
  • Experience in customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proficient in project management activities.
