Solutions Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Solutions Engineer at Blink, you will work closely with the Solutions Consulting and Engineering teams to understand customer requirements and deliver innovative solutions that address their business challenges.

In Short

• Partner with sales and solutions consulting teams to deliver impactful presentations.
• Act as the primary point for articulating authentication and integration capabilities.
• Respond to technical portions of RFPs.
• Create assets to articulate architecture and integration capabilities.
• Identify innovative solutions for new problems.
• Develop public-facing API endpoints and documentation.
• Build self-service experiences for integration setup.
• Drive and review software architectural design.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of the enterprise application landscape.
• Experience with customer stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
• Passion for customer service in a consulting or support role.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas quickly.
• Proven ability to design and document APIs.
• Experience with tools like Miro or Lucid for technical artifacts.
• Experience with network security protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML).
• Hands-on experience in web, mobile, or backend development.
• Understanding of core security concerns in applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
