Overview

The Customer Solutions Consultant at Blink will play a crucial role in driving value for customers by providing tailored technical solutions and product demonstrations, while also gathering insights to enhance the employee connected experience.

In Short

• Recommend solutions that drive value for customers and Blink
• Proactively scope technical solutions to address customer requirements
• Lead and execute on specific solution plays such as Strategy Workshops and Conference Room Pilots
• Develop subject matter expertise in communications, retention, and operational management
• Deliver product demonstrations to potential customer personas
• Configure and customize product demonstrations with the Sales team
• Engage with IT/Tech resources regarding complex solution aspects
• Explain and evangelize the Blink product and best practices
• Provide input for RFI/RFP processes as required
• Liaise with Product Managers to provide customer feedback

Requirements

• Experience in customer engagement and technical solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical integrations
• Experience with product demonstrations and sales processes
• Knowledge of employee experience and collaboration tools
• Ability to anticipate risks and barriers in customer engagement
• Experience in liaising with product management teams
