Overview

The Sales Enablement & Channel Manager – META will be responsible for the implementation, adoption, alignment, and operation of the Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, and Channel Operations functions in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa to support our accelerated growth in that region.

In Short

  • Key member of the global Sales Enablement team.
  • Reports to the Vice President of Sales Enablement.
  • Responsible for Sales Enablement and Channel Operations in META region.
  • Collaborate with teams in North America, UK, and Europe.
  • Own the Channel Operations function for the region.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the Marketing department.
  • Analyze sales performance data for continuous improvement.
  • Support usage of tools and platforms for sales processes.
  • Oversee operational requirements for sales and customers.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of sales/channel/sales operations experience.
  • Experience in growing and building teams.
  • Self-starter with multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and process improvement skills.
  • Strong leadership focus on operations and business processes.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation systems and CRM.
