The Regional Sales Director will manage a team of Regional Sales Managers to drive revenue growth and strengthen distribution partnerships across the Western US and Canada.

Requirements

  • Experience with target account and solution selling techniques.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of gas detection or safety products is a plus.
  • Experience with sales training methodologies is an asset.
  • Ability to measure and communicate progress towards sales goals.
  • High degree of professionalism and polished demeanor.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience attending industry trade shows for networking and lead generation.
