The Business Development Director is responsible for driving revenue growth within the U.S. and Canadian government sectors, focusing on federal, state/provincial, and municipal agencies. This role involves developing strategic sales initiatives and managing key government contracts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in government or federal contracting.
  • Proven track record in securing government contracts.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulations.
  • Experience with GSA Schedules and government bid processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50% may be required).
  • Must possess or be eligible for a government security clearance.
