In Short

  • Work closely with practice and central teams in Munich.
  • Support practices during the transition and integration phases.
  • Act as the primary contact for daily challenges.
  • Expand the network by reaching out to new practices.
  • Build relationships with practice owners through events and personal networks.
  • Present VetPartners at events and meetings.
  • Create a practice community around common themes and best practices.

Requirements

  • Veterinary background preferred.
  • Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
  • Good communicator and networker, open to change.
  • Willingness to travel for regular visits to practices.
  • Technically/digitally savvy (practice management systems, CRM systems).
  • Supportive, people-oriented working style with attention to detail.
  • Fluent in German and good command of English.
