Licensing & Registration Lead Analyst - Remote

Overview

Bitcoin Depot is seeking a highly motivated L&R Analyst to join its Compliance team. The Licensing & Registration (L&R) Analyst will be responsible for assisting the Compliance Officer with implementing and supporting the Company's regulatory compliance program.

In Short

• Assist with Money Service Business registration and renewals.
• Manage state Money Transmitter licensing and renewals.
• Handle state business and local licensing and renewals.
• Support international registrations and renewals.
• Monitor compliance with FinCEN regulations.
• Work proficiently in the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS).
• Secure business licenses for local jurisdictions.
• Communicate with licensing entities regarding forms and applications.
• Prepare forms for management review.
• Enhance the effectiveness of the Compliance Program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Two or more years of applicable business licensing experience in an MSB setting.
• Two or more years of working in NMLS.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations impacting financial services.
• Understanding of compliance and operational risks.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Ability to identify risks and controls.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
