• Manage and execute the implementations team
• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for utility billing software deployments
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and client services
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations across various utility sectors
• Configure billing software to accommodate complex rate structures and regulatory requirements
• Serve as primary technical point of contact throughout implementation lifecycle

Requirements

• 6+ years experience with utility billing software implementations
• Strong SQL database skills and experience with data migration tools
• Proficiency in system integration methodologies and API configuration
• Deep understanding of utility business processes
• Proven track record managing complex technical implementations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
