Account Manager - Fintech - Remote

Overview

This position involves retaining and expanding revenue for Bill’s largest accounts while maintaining exceptional relationships with key mid-market and strategic accounts.

In Short

• Retain and expand the revenue of Bill’s largest accounts
• Maintain exceptional relationships with Bill’s key mid-market and strategic accounts
• Manage, onboard, and train your book of businesses
• Spend up to 30% of the time traveling for on-site business reviews
• Work with finance/accounting executives to find applications of Bill’s platform
• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Bill’s products and services
• Document daily activity in Salesforce and manage a pipeline

Requirements

• Experience in a quota carrying position
• Ability to listen, earn trust and consult with clients
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Basic understanding of financial reports
• Basic understanding of accounting systems
• Finance/Accounting Experience
• SaaS experience
