Overview

A motivated and self-driven Technical Support Engineer to provide high-quality support to our enterprise customers, advocating for them while collaborating with the Sr. Support Engineers team to resolve issues.

In Short

  • Work closely with client stakeholders to triage and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Evaluate implementation results and participate in product configuration efforts
  • Engage with internal and client teams for successful resolutions
  • Document and report product issues and enhancement requests
  • Participate in the team on-call rotation during weekends or holidays

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in information technology in a customer-facing role
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Experience with Linux-based Operating Systems and shell proficiency
  • Basic experience with RDBMS like MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
  • Professional experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployments is a plus
  • Troubleshooting complex software issues
