In Short

  • Manage support cases ensuring timely resolution and follow-ups.
  • Document customer support records and troubleshooting steps.
  • Stay updated on product advancements and industry trends.
  • Act as a customer-facing representative for Development and Product teams.
  • Handle ticket and customer escalations effectively.
  • Interface with Engineering and Product Management as needed.
  • Maintain Product Support Knowledge Base.
  • Provide fault isolation and root cause analysis for technical issues.
  • Prioritize workload based on customer impact and urgency.
  • This is a remote, full-time position.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills and experience in triage calls.
  • Creative problem-solving skills for cross-functional issues.
  • Proficiency in analyzing log files and debugging concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting DNS, IP Networking, Firewall, and Microsoft Server Technologies.
  • Knowledge of Mobile Device Management for iOS and Android.
  • Proficiency in Linux command troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Public Key Encryption Infrastructure.
  • Experience with LDAP servers and database management.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture and cloud environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of OOPS concepts and file systems.
