In Short

  • Join the Solutions Engineering team at BigID.
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert during customer interactions.
  • Consult on best practices and solution architecture.
  • Drive customer success with real-world knowledge.
  • Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure customer value realization.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management for enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills required.
  • Experience with enterprise data architecture and security technologies.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a pre-sales engineering role.
  • Bi-Lingual in English and Danish or Swedish is required.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills.
  • Good troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Passion for demonstrating solutions.
  • Broad understanding of data architecture and security technologies.
  • Experience with RDBMS, no-SQL, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Linux and container frameworks.
  • Prior experience in Identity and Access Management is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
