Overview

The HR Manager – Employee Relations is a highly experienced HR professional who will serve as a subject-matter expert in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and employee retention initiatives.

In Short

  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance on adverse employment actions.
  • Ensure investigations are conducted fairly and thoroughly.
  • Draft clear employee communications and correspondence.
  • Act as an advisor for HR Generalists and HR Business Partners.
  • Partner with Operations leaders on performance and conduct concerns.
  • Assist in identifying underperformance trends.
  • Support employee retention strategies and engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze employee relations trends and turnover drivers.
  • Develop documentation for Performance Improvement Plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
  • Strong experience in employee relations and investigations.
  • Ability to advise leaders on corrective actions.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion.
