Overview

The Recruitment Manager will lead and manage the recruiting team, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure compliance with HR operations while working remotely from the Philippines.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven leadership in recruitment and hiring.
• Experience with job postings on LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and team player.
