Overview

The Design & Project Associate will support tenant-centric design and project management tasks while working remotely from the Philippines during U.S. Pacific business hours.

• Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans.
• Create renderings for building improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• Registered Licensed Architect in the Philippines.
• Experience with U.S.-based construction or real estate.
• 7-10 years of full-time work experience.
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation.
• Familiarity with U.S. building codes and regulations.
• Strong skills in design software.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
