Associate Product Designer - Remote

Overview

The Associate Product Designer supports the Product team by contributing to UI/UX design efforts across Dynatron’s data-forward tools for automotive service departments. In this role, you’ll work under the guidance of our lead designer, owning small-to-medium scoped projects end-to-end, and supporting larger design initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and design.
• Experience with user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA).
• Experience with Figma and design systems.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Understanding of responsive design and usability principles.
• Exposure to AI design tools is a plus.
