Overview

BH Properties is seeking a highly energetic and qualified Executive Assistant to provide support to the CEO. This role involves a variety of tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.

In Short

  • Coordinate executive communications and interface with business partners.
  • Research and provide input on various projects.
  • Schedule meetings and manage travel itineraries.
  • Maintain an organized filing system of electronic documents.
  • Prioritize responsibilities and ensure critical tasks are resolved.
  • Prepare reports and analysis of special projects.
  • Uphold confidentiality in all matters.

Requirements

  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Graduated with honors from a reputable college is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • 5 years of working experience required.
  • Prior experience supporting key management is a plus.
  • Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Effective communication skills within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
