Requirements

• 3+ years experience in revenue management for vacation rentals or boutique hotels.
• At least 1 year of client facing or team management experience.
• Proven expertise in data analysis and performance monitoring.
• Advanced proficiency with leading Revenue Management Systems.
• Hands-on experience with Property Management Systems.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Exceptional relationship management and communication skills.
