In Short

  • Manage client accounts relying on our Guidance offering for outsourced revenue management.
  • Analyze booking data and market trends for strategic insights.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting and performance analysis for clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Lead retention and renewal conversations, identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Management, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
  • Communicate complex data clearly to drive action.
  • Provide proactive, white-glove service to clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a client-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, etc.).
  • 3+ years of revenue management experience, ideally in hospitality.
  • Up to 5% travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Proficiency with analytical tools and data sets in Excel.
  • Experience presenting to clients and supporting them through training.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for in-person meetings.
