The Revenue Analyst is responsible for driving pricing strategy and revenue performance across an assigned portfolio of markets, impacting property earnings through strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in revenue management or analytics.
• Familiarity with pricing levers in the vacation rental industry.
• Experience with pricing engines like Wheelhouse or PriceLabs.
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Fluency in revenue metrics like ADR and occupancy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and able to work in ambiguous environments.
• Nice to have: forecasting fundamentals and SQL skills.
