Overview

The Senior Revenue Cycle Manager will lead and operationalize the end-to-end revenue cycle across a multi-state behavioral health organization, focusing on stabilizing and scaling billing operations that support care delivery to underserved Medicaid populations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience.
• Advanced experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW).
• Proficiency in MS Excel reporting.
• Strong knowledge of CPT / ICD / POS coding.
• Behavioral health billing and Medicaid experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work hands-on and fix broken processes.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
