Senior Revenue Manager (CPA) - Remote

Overview

The Senior Revenue Manager will oversee and lead the revenue accounting functions, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and compliance with accounting standards while managing the revenue team.

In Short

• Manage month-end revenue close process including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain revenue recognition policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and provide guidance to other teams.
• Manage contract reviews for GAAP compliance.
• Perform contract analysis under ASC 606.
• Serve as subject matter expert on revenue accounting.
• Research technical accounting matters and document positions.
• Lead and mentor revenue personnel.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
• Active CPA certification.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2-3 years' experience in public accounting (Big 4 preferred).
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills with various stakeholders.
• Proactive problem identification and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, and SOX 404.
