In Short

  • Help build and define promotional guidelines for the Distributor network.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic planning and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team as a strategic thought partner.
  • Manage profitability across portfolios/customers with optimized trade offers.
  • Develop and launch a new Trade Promotion Management tool.
  • Forecast customer P&L statements and compare against performance.
  • Communicate business impacts effectively across functions.
  • Improve trade spending guidelines using new insights and tools.
  • Build a new promo ROI process to enhance promotion effectiveness.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, finance or related fields.
  • Strong ability to build datasets and analyze data for revenue growth.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Trade Management, Sales or Category Management.
  • Knowledge of category management tools and data.
  • Experience with Trade Promotion Management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective interaction with Sales and Finance functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
